We do not sell your personal information. We do not use third-party analytics trackers. We share data only with:

• Authorized School Personnel: Access is restricted based on defined roles within your institution.
• Service Providers: Essential partners such as Paystack/Squad for payments and Meta for WhatsApp communications.
• Legal Compliance: When required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data for as long as your school maintains an active subscription with 4School or as permitted by the school administration. Schools have the right to:

• Export and copy their data at any time.
• Request the permanent deletion of their data from our platform upon termination of service.
